The
Homewood Public Library is a member of the Jefferson County Library
Cooperative and serves over 30,000 patrons per month both from the City of
Homewood and all over Jefferson County. The Homewood Public Library is the
pride of the City of Homewood and ranked seventh in the State of Alabama.
The Homewood Public Library has been awarded the Certificate of
Achievement at the two star level in recognition for meeting so many of
the established state standards for libraries as outlined by the Alabama
Public Library Association and the Alabama Library
Service.
